Spoil yourself at home with an easy, impressive cocktail inspired by one of our favourite roof top bars in Sydney - Rosetta in the Rocks. The "Paloma" is one of their signature beverages and is particularly refreshing on a hot summers night, best enjoyed with loved ones and a skinny dip!
"Paloma"
60ml tequila
15ml fresh lime juice
90ml fresh grapefruit juice
Soda water to top
Fill glass with ice. Add tequila and fresh lime juice. Top with grapefruit juice and soda. Garnish with a fruit skewer punctured with blueberries.
